A performance based on Sophocles' tragedy "Antigone", in the Russian translation of S. Shervinsky and M. Poznyakov.
Antigone, daughter of the Theban king Oedipus, lives on the unstable boundary between life and death. Her sonorous declarations of grief presuppose an area of that, about which it is impossible to grieve. She is not part of humanity, but speaks its language. If she is human, then she is humanity at its limit, and we no longer know her true purpose.
The play offers a different point of view: what if we were not watching a Greek tragedy and its characters, but they were watching us?
