The film is one of the first attempts to comprehend the history of informal art in the USSR during perestroika. In the late Eighties, Furmanny Lane was the site of world-famous squat, bringing together the best young artists of the time, as well as simply daring and cheerful people. In that unique place, life was transformed into art, and art - to money. The direct participants of the events themselves - the inhabitants of "Furmanny" - will speak about the tales, stories, temptations and opportunities.
