Svitlana Zinovjeva presents
From 1971 to 1976, she studied at the Karpenko-Kary Kyiv Institute, specializing as a Film Camera Operator, in Suren Shakhbazyan's workshop.
Over the eleven years after graduation, she worked in her specialty at the Odessa Film Studio, followed by another six at the "Kievnauchfilm" Studio. As camera operator and cinematographer, she shot seven feature films and 30 documentaries.
Since 1994 she has been an independent film producer. Among the projects produced by Svetlana Zinovieva, worth noting is the film "Vilen Kalyuta. The Real World "(dir. A. Balagura) and the video project "The World of Art", consisting of six documentary films (directors A. Mateshko, A. Stolyarov, N. Kaptan).
In 2003, she initiated the establishment of the Ukrainian Center for Documentary Film.
Winner of a nearly ten international and Ukrainian film awards, organizer and curator of exhibitions.
