The highlights of the Lush Life's repertoire are, indubitably, their compositions in the Hot Club style or, as some call it, Gypsy Swing (aka - Jazz Manouche). This type of jazz, one of the founders of which was the legendary French guitarist Django Reinhardt, is as fresh and modern today as it was in the distant 1940s. Gypsy Swing, now seeing a rebirth in Europe, is not often played in Ukraine, and Lush Life is just about the only Ukrainian group representing the genre.
Musicians:
- Guitar: Sergei Ovsianikov, Bogdan Vilchik
- Vocal: Diana Ovsianikova
- Violin: Denis Boev
- Bass: Valentin Kornienko

Pavel Arakelyan is one of the most interesting jazz instrumentalists of today's Belarus, who began performing at international-level at the age of seventeen.
Among the high-profile projects in which he takes part are the famous fusion band "Apple Tea", the hard-bop group "Speakeasy", and his own project "The Outsiders", working towards an uncompromising modern jazz, with a large dose of avant-garde and multi-stylistics.
Paul himself has the following to say about his group: "I would define it, in general, as post-impressionism, a symbiosis of emotions, physics and metaphysics. I've been gathering material for this project over several years, ever since I became interested in free jazz and avant-garde. No one musician has had a radical influence on my music. It's more like a concept, that includes the search for original solutions in the framework of certain rules, as well as creating its own rules".
Musicians:
- Saxophone, flute, keyboards: Paul Arakelyan
- Bass: Ludmila Krukovskaya
- Drums: Andrei Mavrin
